本公司具备丰富的汽车塑料零部件开发经验，从事设计开发及项目管理人员达40多人，具备与OEM同步开发的能力，拥有可同时支持20个项目开发的能力。我公司拥有多年工作经验的专家和国内外著名的模具公司、设计公司、专业的药水供应商、油漆供应商做技术和工艺支持。项目团队包含研发、工程、质量、模具、物流、生产、工业工程等多部门，确保产品符合客户的需求。 我们为确保公司技术水平的领先优势，正在积极建立技术设计平台和完善的研发体系，全面负责和研究技术开发工作，保证公司致力于技术创新、科技创新和产品创新。同时不断规范信息化系统和可视化系统的运行，致力于公司核心竞争力的提高。

Our company has rich experience of auto parts development, there are more than 40 members of design and development team, we have the ability of synchronous development with OEM, and we can run 20 projects at the same time. We have plating expert who has rich experience, and we also get the technology and technics support of famous tooling company, design company , professional paint supplier and professional chemistry supplier. Project team include R&D, Engineering, Quality, Mould, Logistics, Production and IE departments, ensure our product can satisfy customer requirement. We set up the technology design platform and independence development system in order to insure the technology superiorty of our company. Take full charge with technology design and develop to make sure our company always leads the innovating in production, science and technology. At the same time we continuous to standard information system and visual management system, and we devote unceasingly to the company core competitive power enhancement.

公司现拥有克劳斯玛菲、海天、LS等品牌注塑机，采用百旺集中供料系统和冷却系统。

我公司目前拥有两条全自动电镀生产线，格栅年生产能力500万套，最大有效电镀L2600 x H1600 x W500的塑料件，引用大量德国元素。2015年09月成功试制出珍珠镍工艺，满足了国外高档装饰件的需求，主要客户有奔驰、宝马、大众、通用、现代、捷豹路虎等。

我公司目前拥有一条全自动涂装生产线，格栅年生产能力100万套， 先进的“三漆一烘”工艺，配备3台ABB机器人，生产过程实现信息化、自动化和标准化。

我公司烫印车间目前配备6台单工位烫印设备，其中2台为全自动生产设备，年生产能力350万模。

我公司装配中心配备先进的信息化MES系统、影响识别防错系统和自动化设备，确保生产满足客户需求的产品。

Currently our company has Many injection machines of Kraussmaffei, Haitian, LS brands, using PIOVAN material feeding system and cooling system.

Currently our company equipped with two automatic plating lines, implemented and applied with German technology and conception which realize the yearly grill production capacity of 5 million sets, the biggest size of plastic part that we can plate is L2600*H1600*W500. SYDD successfully to trial the satin nickel plating in Sep. 2015, Main customers ranges from Benz, BMW, VW , SGM to Hyundai and JRL..

Currently our company equipped with one automatic painting line, which realize the yearly grill production capacity of 1 million sets, advanced “three painting and one drying” technology , equipped with 3 ABB industrial robot, painting line is constructed with the conception of informatization、automation and standardization.

Currently our company hot stamping workshop equipped with 6 single-step hot stamping machines, two of them are fully automated, which realize the yearly production capacity of 3.5 million modules.

Currently our company assembly center equipped with advanced informatization MES system, Poka-Yoke image identification system and automatic equipment, so that our product can satisfy customers ' demand.

我公司严格按照奔驰、宝马、通用等客户的性能测试标准操作，充分应用APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA等过程策划和分析工具，制订严格的外观检验标准和检验条件、配备专业检测设备。具备电镀行业镀层厚度、CASS、高低温、碎石冲击等试验能力，满足所有客户的试验要求，确保公司产品品质的最优化。我司始终把“质量第一，预防为主”作为质量管理的要素，把“下道工序即客户”作为质量保证的重点。把“过程控制”砝码加重，把缺陷限制在损失发生的第一时间，以此为质量管理的主线，既保证了每道工序的产品质量，又将质量控制的重心前移，减少了不必要的损失，降低了成本，确保质量控制自始自终处于一个良性循环轨道。

Our company operate strictly according to the performance test standard of Benz, BMW and SGM etc. We apply the process design and analysis tools of APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and we establish the strict appearance test standard and inspection condition, equipped with professional check-out facility and perfect lab equipment, have the plating industry test ability of plating thickness, CASS, high/low temperature and debris impact etc. which insure our parts quality optimization. Our company regard the “quality first, prevention primarily” as the essential factor of the quality management. We take “the next working procedure is the customer” as the emphases of the quality control. We pay more attention to the “process control” and control the defect at the first time, and regard these as the key of our quality control, it doesn't only guarantee the products quality of each working procedure, but also put forward the key of quality control decrease the unnecessary loss and reduce the cost, which insure our quality control always stay in a benign circle.
